Orders
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website.

Normally we do provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Return & Exchange
